Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. Feel your body sink in and become heavy. With each exhalation, imagine that you are releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Close your eyes, take a moment to observe the sensations in your body, and acknowledge any emotions that may arise. Make sure to be gentle with yourself on this journey of self-exploration.
Now begin to visualize yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful forest. The sun is shining brightly and birds are singing sweet melodies in the distance. Take your time to admire all the scenery – the trees, plants, animals, and any other details that appear around you.
From here, start to feel the presence of any cords or ties connecting you to someone else whether it be a friend, family member, or romantic partner. Allow yourself to recognize how these connections affect your energy field and how they contribute (positively or negatively) to your life at this moment.
As you bring attention to these connections more fully, imagine invisible scissors hovering above each cord connecting you two together. See them gently cutting away each tie as if it were made of string or ribbon as they drift away into nothingness until only peace remains between you two. As each connection is cut away, notice how lighter and brighter your energy feels without being weighed down by those old ties and entanglements from the past.
Now take a few moments for inner reflection; ask yourself what healthy relationship boundaries look like for you moving forward. What kind of relationships do I want entering my life from now on? How can I set boundaries with new people I meet to balance my energy?
Once these questions have been answered inside your heart space move back into visualizing the same beautiful forest from before but this time instead of seeing cords connecting you two together begin picturing white light flowing instead allowing for unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion and understanding between both parties involved for only then will true healing occur for both individuals involved in this situation no matter what has happened in the past.. Allow this peaceful feeling within yourself to expand outwardly towards anyone else who needs healing right now be it friends family members partners or even strangers!
Finally, imagine filling up this beautiful space with love gratitude joy harmony, and abundance letting go of any fear anxiety or worry knowing that whatever comes ahead is precisely what should be until eventually being completely surrounded by this beautiful white light embrace breathing deeply into its comforting warmth allowing it to fill every corner of your heart space with peace until everything becomes still again. remain here as long as needed until feeling fully cleansed and ready to move forward in life.. when ready open your eyes slowly bringing back focus back into physical world.
