Energy Cleanse 20 Minutes Meditation
Begin this Energy Cleanse Meditation by finding a comfortable seated position. Take a few moments to connect with your breath, noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest and inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. With each breath, feel yourself become more relaxed as you come into the here and now.
Now begin to direct your attention to the subtle energy field that surrounds your body. Focus on becoming aware of any physical sensations, such as tingling or warmth, or any thoughts or emotions that may arise in response to this energy field. Take a few moments to simply witness these feelings without judgment or attachment. Acknowledge them for what they are then let go and allow yourself to move on from them.
Next bring forward an intention for releasing any stagnant or unwanted energies that may be present within you and around you. This could be anything from stress, negativity, fear, anxiety etc. Spend some time visualizing this intention sending out healing energy into all areas of your life – both personal and professional – clearing away anything that is no longer serving you well so that positive energy can flow in its place. Remain in this visualization until you feel complete before moving onto the next step in this meditation practice.
Now imagine a beautiful white light beginning to form around you like a protective bubble. Feel it wrapping around you completely protecting and shielding you from any negative energies while allowing positive light and energy to flow freely throughout your being. Visualize the white light surrounding not only yourself but also those close to you too – friends, family members, colleagues – filling their hearts with love and peace as well as protection from outside influences. As this happens feel yourself being infused with a sense of calmness, grounding peace, love and joy that allows all aspects of your life come together as one harmonious whole .
Finally take some time just enjoying the feeling of connection that comes with holding space for yourself in this way. When ready draw up slowly from the meditation releasing all tension held within before opening up eyes with gratitude for having been able to take part in such a powerful experience today!
