Begin
Take a few moments to find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths.
Close your eyes and begin to focus on the sensation of your breath as it enters and exits your body. Notice any tension that you may be holding in your hands, wrists, or forearms and allow yourself to relax into the moment.
Now turn your attention to the palms of your hands.
Feel the energy that is pulsing through them, tingly and electric.
Allow yourself to explore this feeling further by imagining streams of energy radiating from the center of each palm outwards like tiny sunbeams.
Visualize these beams connecting with each other as they reach across space, growing brighter until you can feel them almost as physical warmth between your hands.
Take some time to explore this sensation of energy filling up the space around you.
Notice how it changes when you direct it outward, or inward towards yourself. Feel the power that comes from connecting with this source of energy
Allow it to bring about a sense of clarity and well-being within you.
As you become more aware of how this energy feels within you, gently open your eyes at any point that feels right for you, coming back into awareness slowly and steadily.
