Guided Meditation Law of Attraction
Welcome to this guided meditation law of attraction. I am going to guide you through the process of manifesting your desires and bringing them into your life.
Let’s Begin
Take a moment to close your eyes, relax, and take a few deep breaths. Allow yourself to be still in the present moment and focus on being aware of yourself and the space around you.
Take a few moments to think about what it is that you desire in your life. Visualize it as if it already exists, feel its energy, and feel the joy that comes with having it in your life. Imagine how wonderful it would be if this desire came true!
We will begin by engaging in positive affirmations to help make your manifestation come true. Repeat these affirmations aloud or silently:
“I am open to receiving all the abundance this universe has to offer me.” “I am attracting my desires right now.” “My dreams are coming true.”
Once you have repeated these affirmations several times, take another deep breath and feel their energy entering every pore of your body. Feel the power they hold and allow yourself to let go of any doubts or worries you may have had before starting this guided meditation law of attraction.
Now visualize a white light entering from above your head down through all parts of your body until finally reaching out through your feet into the ground beneath you. This white light is there for protection, grounding, and clearing away any negative energy that may be blocking you from achieving what you desire in life. Feel its warmth enter within every part of your being until eventually leaving out through your feet back into the earth below.
The next step is to create an image or visualization for what it would look like when all these desires are manifested into reality in your life. Imagine every detail vividly so that it feels real; imagine its colors; its shapes; its textures; its smells; its sounds; its emotions – feel everything! Live out this experience as if it were really happening right now! Create vivid images using all 5 senses so that when manifesting happens in real life, it will seem much more natural and familiar because you’ve already experienced it before!
Stay focused on this image as long as possible while repeating mantras such as “my dreams are coming true” or “I attract abundance with ease” several times throughout this visualization exercise until eventually fading away naturally at some point during this meditation session.
Finally, take a few last breaths feeling completely relaxed yet full of positivity and expectation for what will come next in life due to manifesting these desires! As our time together comes to an end here today, remember that whatever thoughts or feelings keep floating around inside remain positive ones because they are powerful tools which can help draw our desired outcomes closer towards us each day!
