Meditation Script for healing
Welcome to this 10-minute healing meditation. As you take your seat, close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. Feel the air enter and exit your lungs as you naturally deepen your breathing. Let any thoughts come and go without judgment, allowing yourself to relax completely into this moment.
Begin to bring awareness towards any areas of discomfort or tension in the body. Gently scan for any sensations that feel tight or uncomfortable, slowly releasing any areas that need it as you simply observe them without attaching a story or judgment to them.
Now allow yourself to visualize a warm and soothing light radiating throughout your entire body, starting from the top of your head and slowly moving downwards, feeling its warmth and healing energy all around you – refreshing, calming, and restoring balance throughout the body.
As the healing light continues to move through each part of your body with each breath, continue deepening into relaxation until you reach a place of inner stillness within – a place where relaxation is effortless and peace envelops you completely.
Allow yourself to stay here for some time – simply allowing the healing energy from this meditation fill every part of you with its warmth and peace while noticing how it affects different parts of your being – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, becoming aware once again of the environment around you as well as of yourself in this present moment – feeling relaxed yet energized by this experience of nourishing self-care, which will be carried with you throughout the day ahead.
