John Rutter the lord bless you and keep you meditation
May the Lord bless you and keep you meditation:
Take some time to sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and bring your attention inward. Begin an awareness practice by noticing your breath and the sensations in your body. Allow yourself to become aware of any tension or areas of tightness that are present. Gently release those places with each out-breath, allowing the relaxation to travel throughout your body.
Now direct all of your attention on the words, “May the Lord bless you and keep you”. Let these words surround and fill you as if they were spoken directly to you. Feel their warmth, peace, comfort, and love enveloping every part of you. Visualize a golden light emanating from them until it completely engulfs you in its embrace. As this occurs, allow yourself to fully receive the blessing that is being offered to you right now in this moment.
Allow each breath you take in fill with stillness and serenity while releasing any worries or anxieties with each out-breath. Notice what feelings arise within as if they were being embraced by the presence of God within them – feeling complete acceptance for who they are just as they are right now without having to be anything more or less than themselves. Keep breathing deeply as if allowing yourself to be held in a divine embrace; one that is tenderly loving yet unendingly strong at the same time.
As this meditation deepens further, allow yourself to receive whatever messages or insights come through for your higher well-being – understanding that there is nothing outside of yourself that can give true fulfillment other than coming home within yourself first . . . a place where unconditional love abides forever more no matter what life brings our way. As this truth sinks deeper into each cell of your being let go even further into an experience of profound peace and contentment knowing that may The Lord blesses and keeps you always!

Hi guys,
Im Sarah, I absolutely love writing about comfort and relaxation. I am a qualified interior designer and an expert in the field of furniture. It's one of my absolute favorite topics to explore. I'm constantly looking for new ways to meditate so I can learn more about myself.
