Guided Kabbalah Meditation (30 minutes)
Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you explore the mysteries of Kabbalah. Kabbalah is an ancient wisdom tradition which teaches a deeper understanding of life and the universe, and how we can work towards a greater connection with the divine. As you begin your journey into Kabbalah, please find a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and take some deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
Body Scan:
Begin by taking note of your body. Take notice of any areas of tension or discomfort, and allow yourself to release that tension from your body as best you can. Moving through each part of your body, observe how it feels in this moment. Once you have finished scanning through each part of your body from head to toe, continue to direct awareness within yourself until you settle into an inner stillness.
Breathing Exercise:
As you remain in this inner stillness, begin to focus on your breath. Allow it to flow naturally without any effort or manipulation; observe the air entering and leaving your lungs with ease. When thoughts arise in your mind, simply acknowledge them but don’t get attached – let them pass back into nothingness like clouds across the sky. With each inhalation feel yourself connecting more deeply with a powerful source of energy within, and with each exhalation feel all stress slipping away from you like ocean waves washing up against shoreline rocks.
Kabbalistic Visualization Exercise:
Now visualize before you two pillars connected by an archway symbolizing the balance between formless spirit (right column) and form & manifestation (left column). Above the archway is inscribed a sacred phrase — “Ain Sof Aur” — representing limitless light streaming forth from the Divine Source infinite above us all. Inhale deeply as this image arises in front of you like a window into eternity; exhale slowly as it integrates itself within every corner of your being while also expanding outwardly into infinity beyond our physical world.
Opening Prayer:
At this time repeat silently or aloud these words — “May my words be true, may my heart be pure, may I connect with divine wisdom as I open up myself to receive its gifts” — allowing these words to resonate deeply within yourself as if they were alive and dancing their way through every cell in your body . . .
As you return slowly back towards conscious awareness take one last deep breath before opening your eyes once again; know that on some level within yourself that connection remains even now here in physical reality – so when ready proceed back into everyday life feeling more at peace than when you started . . .
