Meditation Higher Meaning
Meditation Higher Meaning is the practice of finding out the true purpose in life, being is a still and present state we can reflect and find out the purpose and what this life is all about.
For the next 20 minutes, we’re going to be doing a higher meaning meditation. This type of meditation focuses on exploring abstract concepts important for your life, such as self-reflection and personal growth.
We’ll begin by getting comfortable in our seat; feet flat on the floor and hands resting comfortably in our lap. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax into this space.
As you settle into this meditative state, bring to mind a concept or idea that is meaningful to you personally. Perhaps it’s something related to your spiritual beliefs or values, or maybe it’s a goal that you have set out for yourself.
Now take some time to contemplate this idea deeply and thoroughly. Explore not only what it means to you, but also how it connects with other aspects of your life. Allow yourself to be curious about its implications – what does it mean for who you are and for how you live? What can you gain from thinking about it? How can understanding this concept help you grow in some way?
As your reflections continue and deepen, spend some time reflecting on any insights that come up for you during the process. Are there any revelations about yourself or your life that have come up? Is there anything that needs further exploration? Take time here to reflect on these thoughts or feelings before moving on.
Allow yourself now to slowly transition back out of this meditation state, bringing with you any new learnings or realizations that may have come up during the process. As we return back into our daily lives with more clarity and understanding of these concepts, may we find joy in our personal growth and use these insights as fuel for living more intentionally and authentically each day.
