Now, let’s take some time to slow down and relax our breathing, inhaling deeply for a count of five and exhaling slowly, counting backward from five. As we meditate, allow yourself to become aware of what is happening inside your body notice any tension or tightness in the muscles and consciously choose to relax those areas. With each breath, release all stored-up stress from your body as it naturally dissipates away with your breath.
Feel free to experiment with different breathing patterns try alternating nostril breathing or humming along with each exhalation. Whatever technique works best for you will bring about optimal relaxation results. Now, imagine a warm golden light emanating from the crown of your head that is gradually filling your entire body feel it encompass all parts of you as it radiates its soothing energy throughout.
As we move through this meditation journey together, allow yourself to close off any external distractions or thoughts and focus solely on being present within the moment. Feel any muscle heaviness giving way and melting away into nothingness as tension is released with each breath. Sink deeper into the moment; listen closely for inner guidance or messages that may be spoken directly to you through the silence.
