Morning Manifestation Meditation
Welcome to this 20-minute morning manifestation meditation. This is a time for you to focus on your intentions, connect with the energy of the Universe, and allow yourself to manifest your visions and dreams.
A 20 Minute Morning Manifestation Meditation
Let’s begin by finding a comfortable position in which you can sit calmly and peacefully. Take a few moments to close your eyes, inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel the natural stillness that exists within your body and mind. Notice how the environment around you begins to fade away as you settle into this moment of serenity.
Now it is time to set an intention for your meditation practice today. Take a few moments to think about what you would like from this session—perhaps it’s clarity, focus on a particular goal, or simply relaxation and peace of mind. Once you have chosen an intention for today, take another deep breath in through your nose, feeling it fill up inside of you until it reaches its highest point before slowly releasing through your mouth.
As you continue to breathe deeply, begin imagining yourself connected to the infinite energy that exists beyond us all—it is the same energy that sustains us day in and day out; it never wavers or changes despite our ever-shifting lives here on Earth. As we learn more about ourselves and our place in this world, we also come closer to understanding our connection with the Universe at large—the source of infinite potentiality and possibility that can be tapped into whenever we need guidance or strength to keep going forward.
Now let yourself expand outward towards this immense power while simultaneously connecting inwardly with the words “I am”. As these two sides combine within you—your soul reaching outwards towards the divine light while simultaneously grounding itself within your being- you will discover the true power between them: manifestation! This is where thoughts become reality; where desires become tangible; where dreams are made real!
Allow yourself now to visualize any goals or dreams that are most pressing during this period of time—perhaps it’s something related work or school; maybe it’s something personal such as health goals; perhaps there is something bigger than even that which needs attention? Whatever it may be, see yourself manifesting these intentions with grace, ease, balance and joy as they come forth into reality in perfect harmony with all other aspects of life.
Spend a few moments allowing yourself to really feel what success looks like — what does accomplishment feel like? How does achieving a desired outcome feel inside of you? Allow yourself full access into these feelings so that they can become even more firmly established within your being during your meditation today. Now envision each step needed along the way towards achieving these goals — each one should be taken diligently but also joyfully – celebrate every small victory along the way as well!
Finally bring all of these pieces together by repeating aloud 3 times, “I am confident I will succeed at (name specific intention/goal).” Trust in these words as if they already exist because, indeed they do exist within us already — all we need do is call upon them when necessary! And know too that whatever results come forth will always be exactly right for our highest good at this point in time…
When ready gently open your eyes: spend some extra time just sitting quietly while still incorporating elements from today’s practice — breathing gently while continuing visualizations if desired; mantras if useful; etc… then, when ready rise up again refreshed and energized!.
