Welcome to the Pink Moon Meditation! Firstly, find a comfortable seat in a room where you won’t be disturbed, preferably a space with natural lighting and some plants. Get into a comfortable position and focus on your breathing. On each inhale, imagine taking in all the energy of the pink moon and its warmth into your body. On each exhale, allow tension to slip away from your body and relax.
Now that you are relaxed, let’s begin by connecting to the power of the pink moon and invoking its healing properties. Visualize yourself standing beneath the night sky illuminated by the pink moonlight. Feel it fill your entire being with warmth radiating inside of you, opening up new doors of possibilities for yourself.
Take note of how this warm energy feels within you – heavy and nourishing like honey or light and airy like a cloud? This is the essence of the pink moon’s power. Allow it to help give you guidance in unlocking what lies within you, without judgment or fear.
As part of this meditation, we will also be using affirmations to further activate the power of this healing energy within us. Begin repeating after me: “I am healed and whole.” As you keep saying this affirmation aloud repeat it within yourself as well – take note of how these words make you feel deep within your core: empowered or vulnerable?
Continue repeating this affirmation for several minutes until it almost becomes background noise in your mind; throughout this process whatever other thoughts that enter your mind let come and go without judgement as if they were clouds floating away from sight. Once ready slowly open your eyes bringing back awareness to your physical body in preparation for moving onto our next step which is grounding ourselves through visualizations with nature.
Let’s visualize ourselves walking on lush green grass surrounded by trees gently swaying in the wind while feeling sunlight on our skin warming us up beneath the bright blue sky above us – use all five senses to bring more depth to this visualization – can you feel coolness coming off the blades of grass between
