Welcome to this special 20 minute Silent Unity Meditation. Take a few moments to relax and become aware of the energy you carry in your body and mind. Feel it move through you, becoming more and more still with each breath, until you reach a place of peace.
Now draw your attention inward as if you were focusing in on the core of your being. Let go of any attachments, releasing them as easily as letting go of a balloon into the sky. Notice how it feels to let go completely, feeling lighter and freer than before.
Continue to be with this sensation for a moment longer before shifting your focus towards gratitude. Consider all the blessings that have come into your life, big and small, conscious or hidden from view. Allow yourself to feel gratitude deeply for all these experiences that have shaped who you are today.
Once your heart is full of appreciation, shift focus further outwards to the world around you: the people in it; its natural beauty; its vastness; its colors; its rhythms; its cycles; its mysteries; its opportunities for growth and learning; its love and abundance. Notice how connected we are with everything around us – like drops of water making up an ocean – interconnected with one another like never before in history.
Feel yourself merging with this awareness of unity at every level – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – until it becomes part of who you are on a fundamental level. Feel now how you are able to bring this sense of harmony into every interaction whether that be within yourself or between others – understanding that our true nature is ultimately one.
As this realization sinks deeper within our consciousness, surrender fully into being present here in the moment – listening intently for the voice within that has always been guiding us back home towards ourselves – embracing our most authentic self which is ever-present within us waiting patiently to be remembered once again .
Now stay with this presence for some time longer before slowly beginning to make your way back outwards – bringing together all aspects of yourself (mind/body/spirit) into one unified whole – connecting those pieces together so they may move forward in harmony throughout your day ahead – taking care not just for yourself but also for each other along the way as we remember we are all one collective force here sharing this human experience together .
Before opening your eyes gently take one final deep breath allowing it to fill up every corner within letting go gently at last . . .
