Welcome to this guided Twin heart meditation, lets begin.
Step 1: Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take several deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
Step 2: Visualize a brilliant white light above you that is so bright that it illuminates the entire room you are in. Now imagine that this same white light is entering through the top of your head and filling up your entire body with its soothing energy.
Step 3: Take some time to focus on the gentle feelings of peace and balance that are being brought into your body by this healing white light. Feel the energy nourishing every cell of your being, calming any tension or stress away.
Step 4: Now visualise a pink rose coloured light emanating from your heart centre, like an explosion of love and beauty radiating outwards in all directions. Notice how it blends beautifully with the white light already inside of you, creating a spectacular two-tone effect. Keep focusing on these two colours merging together for as long as you feel necessary.
Step 5: Once you feel comfortable and completely immersed in this peaceful atmosphere, start to bring your attention to one side of the room – either to the left or right side – and imagine a very strong magnet drawing all of the negative energies towards it until there’s nothing but pure positive vibrations left in its wake. Then switch sides, doing the same thing with the other side until both sides of the room have been purified from any negative influences.
Step 6: Now return your attention back to yourself and visualise both colours – pink and white – continuing to flow into you throughout this meditation process; allowing them to merge together even more deeply while sending out unconditional love into every corner of our beautiful planet Earth. Imagine this energy travelling across oceans, mountains, forests and deserts, bringing loving kindness everywhere it goes until eventually returning back home to you full circle.
Step 7: When you’re ready, slowly begin bringing yourself back into conscious awareness before opening your eyes gently once more when finished with this 25 minute Twin Heart Meditation journey outwards through love!
