Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with fresh air. Hold it for a brief moment… and then exhale slowly, releasing any tension in your body. Continue to breathe deeply and with intention, feeling more relaxed with each breath.
Walking the Forest Path
Imagine yourself walking on a gentle path through a lush forest. The trees around you stand tall and protective, their leaves whispering words of comfort. With each step on the soft earth, feel yourself becoming more grounded, more connected to the nurturing energy of nature.
Entering the Clearing
As you walk, you notice the forest opens up to a clearing bathed in a soft, glowing light. Move towards this light, feeling a sense of peace and expectation growing within you. This is a sacred space, a place of divine connection.
Meeting Your Spirit Guide
In the center of the clearing, you see a figure waiting for you. This being is your spirit guide, appearing in a form that is most comforting to you. Take a moment to observe and recognize your guide, feeling the love and warmth emanating from them.
Your spirit guide has a message for you. Open your heart and mind to receive this wisdom. It may come as a word, an image, a feeling, or a deep knowing. Engage with your guide, asking any questions you may have, and listen attentively to their loving guidance.
Thanking Your Spirit Guide
Express your gratitude to your spirit guide for their presence and the insights they’ve shared. Know that you can return to this sacred clearing and reconnect with your guide whenever you seek guidance or support.
Returning to the Present
Begin your journey back through the forest, carrying with you the message and the sense of unconditional support from your guide. As you walk, gradually bring your awareness back to the physical world around you.
Grounding in the Here and Now
Feel the surface beneath you, the air against your skin, and when you’re ready, take a deep, energizing breath. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and gently open your eyes, returning fully to the present moment, feeling refreshed, guided, and supported.
