Clearing Negative Energy Meditation (20 minutes)
Find a comfortable spot to sit, either in a chair or cross-legged on the floor. Close your eyes and begin to relax your body. Let all the tension flow out of you. Start by taking a few deep breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly out of your mouth.
Focus now on the center of your body, around your solar plexus. Visualize this area glowing with light, as if you were standing inside a sphere of white light. As you take each breath, imagine that white light growing brighter and brighter until it surrounds you completely in an aura of protection and peace.
Now start to feel the negative energy dissipating from within your body and radiating outwards into the universe. Feel any sadness or anger releasing from within you with every breath as it is replaced by positive energy and love for yourself.
Once you’ve taken a few more breaths, focus on the root chakra located at the base of your spine. It’s associated with safety, security, stability and grounding. Visualize this chakra opening up like a flower bud, allowing the energy to travel down through your legs into the ground beneath you – connecting you firmly to Mother Earth’s energy and allowing any negative thoughts or feelings to move away from you towards her.
Now focus on clearing away any negativity from around your heart chakra located in the middle of your chest. Imagine it expanding outward as pure love flows into it, filling it with warmth and soothing light that fills each cell in your body with pure joy. Take a few moments here to feel a sense of pure love for yourself emanating outwards from within this centre point of compassion before moving onto other areas where we may be feeling stuck or blocked emotionally or spiritually – such as our throat chakra which is associated with communication – or our third eye chakra which is linked to higher guidance & intuition – Spend some time here visualizing these areas being flooded with unconditional love so that they can flow freely again without restriction before returning back to our heart space once more .
Finally bring all these energies together at our crown chakra located at the top of our head – this is associated with connection to spirit & divine source energy – Visualize this space opening up like an umbrella so that we can connect directly with these higher vibrations & receive divine guidance for our next steps forward in life . Spend some time here absorbing this healing energy before slowly bringing yourself back down into physical reality .
When ready open your eyes & take three final deep breaths , thanking yourself for taking time out for self-care & gratitude for another day full of possibility & abundance .
