Welcome everyone, to this Reiki meditation script!
Let’s begin by finding a comfortable position in your chair or on the floor. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. As you breathe, feel the air entering and exiting your lungs. Feel your body relaxing with each breath you take.
Now focus on sending yourself peace, calmness, and clarity. Visualize a peaceful garden or natural landscape with lush green plants and trees all around you. See yourself taking slow, relaxed steps through this beautiful environment as the sun warms your skin and the gentle breeze caresses you. Notice how calm and serene you feel in this moment of stillness.
Now bring to mind the idea of Reiki energy flowing from within you – a powerful source of spiritual healing that comes from within and radiates outwards into the world. Visualize this energy as a brilliant white light originating from your heart centre and extending to all areas of your body, filling them up with love, healing, joy, peace, and contentment. As it flows through each organ in your body let it remove any tension or stress that is held there so that it can be replaced with positive energy instead.
Now imagine directing this loving Reiki energy outwards towards others – friends, family members or even those who may need some extra kindness today. Send them gentle waves of healing energy to help them ease any pain or suffering they may be going through at the moment.
Finally, allow yourself to receive nourishment from this radiant Reiki energy – visualize it as a warm blanket wrapping around you giving you strength, courage and protection as it helps to heal any wounds or traumas stored within your body. With each inhalation draw in more of this positive energy until you feel completely surrounded by its loving embrace leaving only feelings of peace and relaxation behind when it leaves again eventually.
Take one final breath before opening your eyes again; bringing back the feeling of being connected with these loving vibrations which have enveloped every cell in your body for some time now – feeling refreshed ready for whatever life has in store for you next… Namaste!
