Meditation to release negative energy: 30 Minutes
Hi and welcome to this 30 Minute Meditation to release negative energy, Enjoy.
- Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lay down. Make sure you are warm enough, and allow your body to relax completely. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out. Allow your breath to become rhythmic and slow, releasing any tension from the body with each exhale.
- Now begin to focus on the area around the heart chakra (the center of the chest). Imagine that this area is glowing with a soft pink light, radiating outward in all directions with each inhalation. This light brings warmth and comfort into every cell of your being. While breathing deeply, allow yourself to feel safe and secure in this moment.
- Visualize all of the negative energy stored in your body as a thick black fog slowly seeping away from you with each breath out. Allow it to drift away like clouds on the wind, becoming lighter and less dense until it dissipates completely into nothingness. See yourself surrounded by an aura of pink light – free from any negativity or fear associated with the past or present moments.
- As you continue breathing deeply, bring your awareness towards your thoughts – notice if any negative thoughts are arising within you, without judgment or attachment simply acknowledge them for what they are and let them go without clinging onto them or trying to push them away – just observe as they come up and gently drift away on an exhale like waves from an ocean shoreline washing over pebbles on a beach before retreating out again.
- After some time focusing on this process of letting go of negativity, start to bring your attention back towards the area around the heart chakra- feeling its warmth radiating throughout your body along with feelings of safety, security, peace, and love as well as strength within yourself as you fully connect with this presence within yourself allowing these sensations to expand outwards beyond our own boundaries in ever-widening circles towards all other beings who also wish for peace & healing within their own lives- sending positive intentions & blessings outwards even further into our collective world – letting these vibrations travel far beyond us now- guiding us all towards lasting stability & harmony amongst ourselves & those around us both near & far away…
- When ready, slowly start moving back towards consciousness while still fully owning & connecting with these feelings of love & acceptance, which we find so hard sometimes yet always remain deeply embedded within us- always there for us when we need it most…holding dear these sensations close at hand we slowly open our eyes once more& return here once more..grounding ourselves firmly back into this earthy realm.
- Take one final deep breath in before releasing it out again, taking the time if needed, still enjoying the feeling of connection infusing itself throughout our entire being….. And when ready slowly get up taking time if needed once again feeling connected grounded secure safe & loved.
